We have been protecting  and rusr proofing vehicles for over 25 years and we use a selection of products to rust treat and protect your vehicle. Dinitrol and Waxoyl are just a couple of the products we have used. There are different levels of protection and we can also rust treat any metal on the vehicle that is showing signs of rust. 
All Defenders need some kind of rust treament and some a lot more than others and the rust on the older vehicles will involve a lot more preparation time, this can be said for most vehicles.
In the early days we were rust treating Series vehicles and then over the years we have moved on to Defenders, Classic cars, Campers, Vans and even a trailer or two. In general terms we can treat any vehicle. 
Our Facility has two Ramps a 4 post 4 Ton Ramp and also a 2 post 4 Ton Ramp all fitted into a 3000 sq/ft facility.
The process.
We inspect the chassis to see which treatment is best and the time required to achieve the best results. 
The vehicle is then steam cleaned to remove any mud and dirt from the underside.
If any repairs are required to the chassis then this can be carried out prior to any coating ( at extra cost)
Then at this point we can start the process, either the Standard or Full package.
Collection and drop off option.
If you have a vehicle that needs some treatment but don't have the time to bring it to us, we can collect and drop off the vehicle at extra cost.

Rust treatment Full Package, chassis, body, axles.
  1. Steam clean
  2. Vehicle placed on the ramp, wheels removed and certain items covered.
  3. The vehicle is wire brushed on the rusty areas.
  4. Rust Converter is applied on these rusty areas which stops the rust growing.
  5. The outside of the chassis is coated in Dinitrol.
  6. The inside of the chassis is sprayed with clear waxoyl
  7. Axles are also coated with both products
  8. The underside of the body and wheel arches are also coated.

Waxoyl the inside of the doors and frames 
  • 3 door £150 + vat
  • 5 door £250 + vat
Waxoyl in the bulkhead and under the bonnet
  • £145 + vat

These costs are related to how much preparation is involved and products used.
We require a vehicle for 2 days to provide the Full package.

Rear Cross Member Restoration
  • To bare metal strip the rear cross member and remove the rear tow bar.
  • New rear stainless steel bolts supplied and fitted
  • £395 + vat (Plus any repairs that might be required)

Rear Cross member Replacement.
We use Galvanised rear Cross Members, 300 tdi, Td5 and Puma.
  • Defender 90 From £1180.00 + vat
  • Defender 110 From £1395.00 + vat
(depends on the year of the vehicle and what is bolted to the rear cross member)

Other services we can offer whilst the vehicle is with us.

Stainless steel Bolt package. 
This involves changing door hinge bolts and other rusty bolts on the vehicle.

New Front Bumper.
​Galvanised and then powder coated black. Fitted with Stainless steel bolts.
